OLED Keyboards and Chemistry RPGs
When I can afford one I'm going to want an Optimus Maximus keyboard. It's almost two years since it was first announced, but I'm as excited as ever. Basically, the Optimus keyboard has a tiny screen for each key. This way, the key labels can change depending on the application. These days learning the shortcut keys for every application is rather tedious, so how cool would it be to press Ctrl or Alt and have your keyboard tell you which key does what? Check out the Optmius keyboard demo to get an idea of the possibilities. Be sure to try out the different layouts right above the simulated keyboard.
The fun way to learn Chemistry
We can all thank Anshul Samar, the founder of Elementeo for giving thousands of gamers across the globe a whopping why-didn't-I-think-of-that -moment... Elementeo replaces boring text book studies about chemistry with a card game. Read more about Elementeo on the site, or check out this VentureBeat article on Elementeo. Good stuff. Via Slashdot.
